Custom Strength Training Program
This program will not be your average “cookie cutter” workout. I will plan and design each exercise just for you and what equipment you have available.
Nutrition/ Macronutrient program
At Smartfitn3ss, I care about my clients’ overall health. Correctly fueling one’s body is the key to performing your best in the gym as well as life in general. My goal for all my clients is to create long lasting results. I provide a custom nutrition plan to help crush all your fitness goals!
Cardio Program
Your cardio program will be dependent on your specific goal whether that is to gain or lose
Personal Training
There is no “one size fits all” exercise program, so you can be sure that I will specifically design a program that is 100% tailored to your specific goals dependent on where your fitness level currently lies.
I will be with you for the full session correcting and adjusting form and making sure the weight for each set is both challenging and safe. I will adjust your form to be sure the muscle we are working is being engaged optimally through each rep.

Group Training
Group training provides a great combination of weight training, body weight exercises, and endurance training into a total body workout that changes for each session.
